Quoted a price on a wedding ring, which was written down on a card and in their books. Went to get the ring and they refused to sell at the quoted price and would not give us the card back that the quote was made on... and this was a manager of the store. Not even an apology made.We'll be getting our wedding ring elsewhere

Not even worth 1 star! My husband bought earrings which one broke and other he cannot take out of his ear. Returned to store and manager refused to refund. Took earring then to get it looked at by jeweller to see if it is manufacture fault but got it fixed without our permission! Was going to charge us $45!!!!! She said no refund because it is but hygienic? What a load of BS! We are going to ACCC then small claims court!

sent a ring to be cleaned under Zamel's extended care plan14 days past due date still waiting no call , called into the store said it will be there that afternoon, still no response, phone no. on website disconnected and no one answers the phone when you call head office

I have visited this store before and today had to be the first day I was actually acknowledged when I entered the store, this made all the difference of buying or not.Taylor did an amazing job by greeting me as I walked in and asked if I was okay, I advised that I was looking and that if I saw something, I would say something.I found a beautiful ring and asked her about it to which she assisted. Her customer service was right on point and she was very helpful. (It was an added bonus to have received a discount on the ring as well)Thank you for hiring a helpful staff member, who I believe is an asset to your team.
