Without prejudiceI bought a 9 ct bangle supposedly reduced from $999.00 to $399.00 . Wore it for three weeks and it snapped.. no rough wear just wore it as a general bangle. Sent it back as certainly not fit for purpose. At least expecting a refund or replacement. But NO they sent it back to me and said l mst have been rough with it. If leaving a gold bangle on your wrist is rough use why is it advertised on a wrist. Cannot believe this reaction from them. I say DO NOT buy from Sheils as there is definately NO customer back up service of auny kind. Disgusting .

Possibly the worst shiels i've ever been to. Been on multiple occasions, often staff too busy chatting to each other, ignored me and didn't ask if I needed assistance. Also looking people up and down then laughing at your co working isn't professional.Staff are rude and not helpful, went in for an item and the staff had 0 idea about their own products, between 3 of them they all had no clue. Pretty sad when you have to tell the staff what material the ring is because they have no idea, also no idea regarding sizing and generally just rude and unhelpful.Go to prouds in the centre, you'll be better off. Would rather spend the extra money for the service.

Not once have I been greeted or served when I’ve gone in, always multiple people serving one customer or doing a task and being incredibly unapproachable

Shiels Rockingham store has the most unacceptable costumer service I have ever experienced, where the staff cannot or do not want to answer the simplest questions regarding the jewellery a costumer is going to purchase. And the management of the store herself, is the least helpful of them all and probably the least educated on the matter of jewellery.

Thanks to the girls and Mary Anne from Rockingham shiels for all the help in the last 2 weeks and sorting out my repairs you girls go out of your way to keep customers happy

I ordered a click and collect order on the 15th of jan and on the 16th was told their stock of item had been bought so they would have to order more, which is fine. On 28th i got a call but when i rang back that day and the next the phone wasn’t connected, so today (31st) i rang back again and they said the order hadn’t been packed but they will do it today. An hour or so later I got another call saying they didn’t have the item and will have to order it to the store. just don’t understand what’s happened in the last 2 weeks for my order to have not been ordered or anything. staff were nice but it’s just awful service really, i still have no idea when i’m getting my order if ever.

Wife came home complaining about how rude the manager on boxing day sale was when she was asked a question. With other witnesses in store seeing how rude this lady was also. As long as this lady works there better off spending money elsewhere. Won't take away the great customer service from Natalie and Peter who actually did the sales.

Several times I have called into this shop to purchase items for birthdays ect. Not once have I ever been served or even greeted. Yesterday I stood at the counter for a good 20 minutes right at the resister knew which gold chain I wanting and earnings and not even a hello.

Terrible service . Paid express shipping and the store didn’t dispatch for 8 days . Aus Post got it to me in 1 day after dispatch.I also bought items for click and collect from Rockingham store - I sent my husband to pick them up . He was told the items weren’t ready. Same thing the next day and was told he wasn’t a priority- only the people in the store were a priority even though we had already paid for items days ago and we didn’t have those items. She then told him they might have sold our items in the store and that was acceptable because “we didn’t have priority”Very rude staff and terrible service.
