Took a nurses watch back because it was faulty hung inward.They didn't have one the same so I asked for refund and was told oh we can't do that.When I questioned it they said because they were casual would have to c okme back during the week which is when I work. Not good enough. If they sell at weekend should be able to provide all service

Was my first time buying a luxury watch. I was super unsure on what I was after in the beginning but after the two ladies spent some time with me going over different styles and brands and explaining the watches I left feeling extremely positive and super confident with my purchase!! Most incompetent work place ever!Women don't know what they are doing in there, my earrings got delivered broken and it was a christmas present so thanks for nothing. All FOUR of them couldn't help me with a simple return because their manager wasn't there, so basically they're useless and shouldn't be left unsupervised in that case. They were listen to me and one girl was sitting in the floor hiding and laughing. Horrible experience. Cockburn was so helpful though. Regardless hate this store now and won't be buying something that arrivesbroken.

Very helpful staff. I was there to buy a silver chain for a pendent I got for Mothers Day. The staff member put my pendent on the chain so I could see how it looked and encouraged me to try it on so I could see how high/low it sat. We found the perfect chain in only a couple of minutes. She was cheerful and friendly. Amazing experience.

Terrible customer service. Rude attendant, didn’t acknowledge me so took my business to Zamels instead. There customer service is awesome.

I wanted to resize a ring I got from Angus & Coote Morley.The lady at Garden city store was not helpful at all. She was confused, didn't know what to do.I have the care plan I got from Morley, but here she was like you can't get it smaller than 2 sizes! (I had to get it resize it down to 8 sizes)So, I asked if they can check If they have a smaller sized ring in that pattern and she said that they do, but I can't keep exchanging it.Staff at Morley store is much more helpful!

Normally receive great service here have purchased a number of items. After the service I just received I will never go back. Rude obnoxious young girl who needs to learn what customer service is.
