I bought a G Shock Bluetooth watch for $550 on 16/10/2020 from zamels jewellery Joondalup.After 3 weeks my watch had a mechanical issue and I took it back to the store. They send it to Sydney and finally after 5 weeks anticipation they gave me a new watch same model.But after a while, I noticed the black colour of one the letter is gone so I toke it back to the store and the they sent it to Sydney again. I have waited for another 5 weeks to get that fixed and have my watch back again.This is now the third time that my watch has a mechanical issue again. And they have to send it to Sydney and I have to wait for another 5 weeks.I am not really happy with the quality of this watch and have asked for a refund but Zamels does not agreed.I am a FIFO worker and I only use my watch the time I am back home. So it has not been used that much but lots of problem during this short time.I already had contacted ACCC and they believe it should be refunded because the customer satisfaction didn't meet up.%100 not recommended.

The ladies working Sunday's were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and very helpful!
